CEO / Founder - Michelle Fisher
Michelle is a visionary leader with a 17-year track record of conceiving and effectively launching new products and businesses. She has launched over a dozen online initiatives in dial-up, broadband and the wireless space. Working with the world's leading software brand, Microsoft, Michelle successfully launched several products including MSBET.com, a joint venture between Microsoft and BET; The Microsoft Network in Europe, in only 6 months working with Deutcshe Telecom, France Telecom, Telia and other carriers. In just her 3rd year at Microsoft, she met with Bill Gates to discuss new online service to deliver windows over broadband networks based on a business case that she developed. In addition to that, she devised a mobile gaming strategy and wireless enterprise strategy for Microsoft and leading carriers. In 1994, while she was at telecommunications leader SBC, Michelle created, raised funds and launched Media Park, a forward reaching broadband service which connected creative professionals in Hollywood, Silicon Valley and New York to digital content libraries, 5 gigabytes of storage, rendering and many other services all before many had even heard of the internet. Michelle has a Masters Degree from Stanford University and a Bachelors of Science in Engineering degree from U.C. Berkeley.

VP Product Management - Rathin Guha
As Vice President of Product Management for MCD, Rathin oversees the development and delivery of MCD's products and
services. Rathin joined MCD in 2006 as a director and held various roles in marketing and engineering, before being
promoted to his current position. Rathin came to MCD with over 13 years of experience in the telecom and mobile industry
and brings a wealth of experience in bringing to market mobile applications for consumers, enterprises and Tier-1/2
Carriers. Prior to joining MCD, Rathin was Program / Product Director at Rocket Software Telecom where he was responsible
for selling to and overseeing clients in the US and Asia, delivering carrier-class enterprise and consumer products and
services. Before that he was at TCSI Corp and Nortel. Rathin focused on delivering large-scale telecom/mobile products
and services focused on security, service delivery and transactional services. Rathin holds a bachelor's degree and
master's degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

VP Commerce Platform and Server Technology - Robert Tsang
Robert has overall responsibility for technology, payment, infrastructure and security strategies. He
brings 22 years of experience in information technology, system integration and service management including 15 years
experience in electronic payment solutions and bankcard services. Prior to Blaze ™ Mobile, Robert worked at Visa Inc
where he held a variety of positions most recently as Chief Architect. He was responsible for leading a major effort to
migrate 153 CEMEA member banks from a legacy platform to a virtualization solution. He played a key role in PCI
compliance for ensuring security to cardholder data, networks and applications. He orchestrated the implementation of a
routing service which eliminated a surcharge to the US merchants, and reduced the processing cost for the US region by half.
Robert has also held technical positions in equity trading and airline industries such as Chicago Board Options Exchange and
Pan American World Airways.
Robert received a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the City University of New York - Hunter College.

VP Human Resources – Stacey R. Green
Stacey is an energetic, proactive human resources professional responsible for our most important asset—our employees. He
has upward of a decade of service in banking; employment services and the semiconductor industry with an emphasis in human
resources. The keen balance of change, human resources policy, training and development and employee recognition are integral
to the success of a corporation.
Stacey received his Bachelor’s degree in Creative Arts from San Jose State University and continues his graduate work with an
emphasis in Human Resources Management at Golden Gate University. A background in the arts, extensive experience in human resources
management and a focus on people are but a few important aspects in the life of Stacey Green. He is creative, energetic, thoughtful
and a trendsetter able to combine and balance the art and science of our employees.

VP Domestic/International Carrier Sales – Erik Kling
Erik brings more than 11 years of experience in the communications industry with a focus on wireless handsets and M2M applications. He
was formerly Vice President of Business Development at Wherify Wireless Inc., where he was leading the global sales efforts and was
responsible for the International Sales and launched products and services in Italy, South Africa and in different countries in Latin
America and elsewhere. Prior to Wherify, he was Director Business Development, Wireless Modules North America for Siemens Communications,
Inc. In this role he took responsibility for all Product related matters in the NAFTA region, especially certification with all GSM carriers
and entering the market in Mexico and build this market to a considerable size. Erik has a MBA from the University of Hohenheim, Germany with
the degree Diplom Oekonom. (Dipl.Oec.)
